Today, Dr. Lake and Mary have an in-depth discussion on how to
take your thoughts captive. While this seems like a simple
concept, it can be quite a challenge. When you consider
projection of thoughts by those in the occult and advancement and
use of technology to control the population, taking your thoughts
captive can seem like the unreachable goal. Dr. Lake explains
Proverbs 23:7, which is often quoted out of context. Mary
outlines the difficulties of taking thoughts captive in victims of
abuse with DID. It is so important to realize that your
thoughts alone do not define who you are, and many times your

according to Romans 12:2.
