On today’s podcast, Dr. Lake and Mary revisit the topic of
being a slave or a bondservant. As Passover approaches
and we search our hearts, it is important to remember how Jesus
freed us from the wages of sin and death, from slavery to
freedom. Dr. Lake discusses Romans 6:16-19 and examines
the dynamic of either a slave to sin or a slave to
righteousness. He also takes a look at Philippians
2:5-11, with Jesus as our example of a bondservant. Dr.
Lake and Mary talk about how the love for our Master compels us to
hang on to Him, even though He has set us free.
