KIB 117 - The Holiness of God and the Remnant

On today’s podcast, Dr. Lake and Mary discuss how the beauty
of God’s holiness is going to meet the ugliness of sin. In
Isaiah 6, when he saw the holiness of God, he declared that he was
a man of unclean lips and among a people of unclean lips. As
Almighty God’s holiness is revealed in our nation, we will feel the
conviction of sin and be given grace to deal with it. In Acts
5, we see the situation with Ananias and Sapphira, where their
disregard for the holiness of God cost them their lives.
There will be some that will run from His holiness. In this
period of mercy, we need to pray that we are able to rightly divide
the Word of God and make changes accordingly. Mary gives food
for thought, as she investigates the origins of Valentine’s
Day.
